2024's Hottest Jewellery Looks
As we head into a new year it's time to look at the jewellery trends that will be everywhere this spring and summer. We don't jump on bandwagons but our collection has a range of pieces that appeal to everyone – this means that we have pieces that will always fit the current trends but which won't date as time passes.
One of the big trends for jewellery and accessories in general was the humble circle, appearing on the Balenciaga, Gucci and Armani runways. This shape represents life, wholeness and infinity and is a grounding one to wear. It's also a design classic and one which features in our Circle of Life collection, which is a duo of pendant and earrings using rubies, sapphires or emeralds interspersed with cubic zirconia. There's also a plain cubic zirconia version if you want to tap into the glass trend that was seen at Armani and Courrèges, among others.
Our Circles of Style necklaces are also a great match with the Circle of Life earrings, featuring two intertwined circles of sterling silver, one studded with cubic zirconia. There's a blue or pink sapphire option as well as ruby and emerald. We also have the neutral cubic version that will work with any colour scheme.
If you want to extend the circle theme we have the Circlet Blue and Mix bracelets which link silver circles with gems nestled inside them. Our Ecliptic and Line of Love bracelets also draw on the circle motif while the Cirque drop earrings are ideal for adding a touch of glamour to any of our circle jewellery ensembles for a night time look.
The Simply Elegant necklace is similarly well suited to matching with the other circle motif pieces with its two circles nestled inside each other, while the Seductive earrings and necklace duo are also perfect for this trend and for mixing or matching with other circle inspired pieces.
If you want to wear the circle look in a more subtle way, our Orb and Vesper necklaces are ideal for casual and daytime looks that require a little flash of colour and style. The circles are seen in the sleek mounts that join the stones together in these quirky arrangements.
Big bangles are back, if they ever really went away, and our Fantasia bangles straddle both this and the circle trend. Stacks of chunky bangles were seen at Loewe and Balmain, while wrist and arm cuffs made the runways at Fendi, Dior and Dries Van Noten. Stack the original Fantasia bangle with the mini version or the mix option with a riot of coloured stones.
You can't have too much on one wrist this season, so dare to wear a stack of bangles with your watch – being mindful of the potential for scratching the watch face. If you have a watch with a chunky bracelet that you find difficult to pair with your outfits then this is the season to break it out.
Check out our curated Bubble collection for more circular inspiration.
The boho trend that is always simmering away featured on some S/S '24 runways too, with beaded necklaces seen in many collections, while anklets and toe rings popped up at Miu Miu and Rabanne. If you've got rings that don't fit any more, or that you've inherited why not dip your toes into this trend, quite literally?! Wrap necklaces twice round your ankles to try out the hippy anklet look – our adjustable length curb chains make this styling option a breeze.
