Strictly Stunning – Part 1

Strictly Come Dancing is back on our screens for its 18^th series since the show started in 2004.  Many other programmes that have run for this long have lost their sparkle but Strictly Come Dancing shows no signs of slowing down or disappearing.  As a family favourite of the weekend TV schedule it's known for the feel-good factor, the competition, not forgetting the notorious Strictly curse but most of all, the sparkle. 

With a glitter ball as the trophy prize and sequins galore there's no other show that can match the razzle dazzle of Strictly Come Dancing, so with that in mind we've picked out our most sparkly pieces that can give that glitter ball touch to your outfit.  We've chosen pavé set pieces which have surfaces studded with stones without fixings being visible, as these give a similar look to a glitter ball.

Our Angelic necklace is a crucifix pendant that is set with two rows of cubic zirconia horizontally and vertically.  It's a modern piece which you can use to add a chunky accessory to dress up an outfit, or pair it with a statement dress or top to add some interesting sparkle.  If this isn't sparkly enough for you them our Simply Sparkle Cross necklace features three rows of pavé set cubic zirconia which will catch the light and the eye even against a higher neckline or a busy print.

For something more sentimental, perhaps to give as a gift to your favourite Strictly friend, our Key To My Heart necklaces features a heart shaped pendant with a keyhole in the centre, surrounded by glittery cubic zirconia all over the heart itself plus the hanging loop.  This would also be a lovely romantic gift that would be adored by anyone, whether they're a Strictly Come Dancing fan or not.  

The Orbital necklace is a dead ringer for the glitter ball trophy as it's also round and uses the circle shape several times.  Within the main pendant is a sterling silver circle and there's another which joins the pendant to the cubic zirconia studded hanging loop.  The circle in the main pendant adds a note of class to this necklace as with so many sparkly cubic zirconia the style could be lost among the shimmer. 

Our Halo necklace takes the circle motif one step further, using a circle as the main shape within which several more circles sit, some adorned with micro-set cubic zirconia.  This would be ideal for Tess or Claudia to wear on the show.  Finally, our Circle of Life necklace is the simplest homage to the glitter ball we have.  The pendant is a cubic studded circle which is suspended from the chain by a similarly adorned hanging loop.  There are matching earrings for the Circle of Life necklace; studs with the same pavé set design that are the ideal accessory to wear for a Strictly themed evening in with the girls, or a fun night out dancing.
