What Would Golda Rosheuvel Wear

Golda Rosheuvel is very well known for her role as Queen Charlotte in the Neflix hit series Bridgerton, but she has also had a long and successful career on stage and in films, and as a singer.  Her strong portrayal of Queen Charlotte and her scenes with the older ladies of The Ton are a fantastic depiction of mature female role models, often a tonic to the giddy excitement of the younger crowd.

When she's off duty Golda loves a statement earring, in fact “the bigger the better” seems to be her motto when it comes to ear jewellery.  As she often wears her hair piled up or in a natural style the earrings create balance and never overpower her look.  Bold hoops, cocktail styles and dangly options are the things to go for if you want to emulate her style.

Our Simply Twinkly hoop earrings would be her ideal daytime pair – bold and sparkly yet practical and not likely to get tangled in any of the stunning designer clothes she wears, this pair is a great option for the Rosheuvel look.  She tends to shy away from particularly bright colours and stones in earrings, so the cubic studding on this pair make them ideal for matching with any colour or style of clothing.  The Hoopla plain silver hoops with both matte and shiny finishes would also be a regular pair for Rosheuvel, as they're versatile, modern and so easy to wear.

Golda tends to steer clear of necklaces – with the show stopping earrings she loves a necklace can be overpowering, but her love of statement jewellery extends to her hands in the form of chunky rings.  For some of the Bridgerton press events she was seen in a pair of pearl rings, one enormous natural pearl on one hand, and a three-strand ring of pearls on the other.  We haven't got anything quite that bold as these rings would be impractical for most of us, but we do have some bold Rosheuvel-friendly rings.
